This week was cut short do to Dew tour food poisoning. OH man could I describe this in detail but I won’t describe the fluids loss and amount of pain this caused me. If you know you know, if you don’t, you have no clue. So with that said YES there is coverage from Dew Tour in Ocean City which was pretty dope, great weather, amazing BMX, and Team Frame rider TA taking home 3rd place with his clean smooth style.  Coplon had the pleasure of a sweet covered pool pocket session before getting the cops called, nothing happened…all talk from the neighbor. Pick up the new BMX Plus to see it stacked with Deco deliciousness throughout the whole issue care of Chris Arriaga. Tsutomu celebration continues… Check the dudes face-book. And your moments of Zen care of Mullet, Darryl, and Chad relaxing in OC. Go get that weekend like it wants you to…get me pics. Enjoy bubs…holla  back next week. -Chad D Continue reading

I just caughed and spit a huge luge on my computer monitor, not the first time but fluids have a mind of their own. Kind of like slapping someone with a handful. Long story, but funny regardless. Shit, everything has been funny this week. So lets get started…Josh is hurt right meow but he built up clips to get it done for Madera. This woman is acting a fool. Coplon root beer interview. Ragu captures the hearts of many. Can’t find it, we can and will show you how. Prequel in Coloradeco is coming up. Woodward session with Coplon snaking his snake in the snake run. The Olympics have got me lured in. So good and so many questions. Does a huge nose make you swim faster? YES. If your last  name is GAY. Its GAY. Use your tongue extended to win a race, I saw it. Cram your muscles around your head. And the best one, Kyle Painters pimply back, not pimp but pimples on top of pimples ready to explode on you or some lucky girl on Plenty of Fish.

Watch this. Your last laugh of this post. Tell me this isn’t good?

Another long post. Were going to one a week now and it takes a whole week to read and go through it. Take it for Deco. So to start we have the Pt. 1 Profile New England trip. Not sure why you can’t embed part 2, but that is the  come up doing their thing. Then we have some video as promo for the SPOT roast. Be there and get roasted.  There are some things happening in Florida, so hit up those flyers and come on out to the events going down. Then we are trying to make the bacon tee, what do you think? And lastly the newest Deco. tattoo. One more thing, were stupid so were selling grips for $0.01 on our online store. Continue reading

Mat Olson is living it up doing school shows for awhile. Most people don’t think living it up is doing weird shows for bratty school kids, but if you are getting a few bucks, traveling, and riding your bike for people, I really don’t think that is to bad. So if you know Mat and crew are coming to your school, scream “do a backflip” the whole time they are performing. They really like that shit.

The pics below are all of Mat sessioning the Casselberry trails and around Orlando. It was a must to bring him to the Maitland trannies and witness him doing the highest airs and even more than a few flairs on the steep trannies. Hit this LINK to see the video.

ESPN recently did a story on “the various ways that other BMXers have made the jump from riding into television. Starting with Chad Degroot’s appearance on The Jerry Springer show and ending with Strangers in Danger, this is a small sampling of BMXers turned TV personalities. Enjoy.” HERE is the tab and launch the gallery to see the 1st pic of guess who? Continue reading

Interbike usually is a blur from no sleep, tons of alcohol, and just plain on-the-go format. This year I decided to show up late and leave early which proved to be the way to go. Rumors were flying about this year being really small and a lot of companies backing out. Truthfully it was still pretty big but YES a few big boys were not in attendance. Otherwise it was amazing, non stop laughing, drinking, and a little bit of bmx made it one of the best so far. -Chad D

Here are a few pics and some videos from Interbike 2011

Slacking is not a word I use often but as you can see by these inconsistant posts slacker is more fitting. So here you go, an  overload of stuff you want and don’t want to see. Take it, you want this. I have yet to read one of these this year. That is not bragging, I wish a copy would show up like they use to when I ran a skatepark. Then it goes into Red Bull, Photo Gallery, the NEW Deco. line, some flat trick everyone has seen before, then it all ends with a surprise…

The Profile shop tour in the New England states was the best, but cut short since I had to return to reality. Great shops, amazing locals and riders, and a ton of people attended either the shop session or the skatepark sessions. Thanks to everyone including: Matt Coplon, Tony Cardona, Jeff K, Tony Malouf, Mark Mulville, Mike Meister, and Conall Keenan. Thanks to Vic and Circuit BMX, Tonys Bikes, Fat Trax, Daily Grind, Dick Maul’s, and Eastern Border. We really didn’t know which state we were in at any given time, but we showed up on time and road the shit out of everything in our way. Huge Thanks to Tony Malouf, he kept the crew raging day and night and the video will prove it. Sweet chilling with you. -Chad D Continue reading
